DC Fashion unites

The fashion community will unite on Tuesday May 31, 2011 to make their voices and concerns heard to
the District Council members of DC. This is a perfect opportunity for the
creative and fashion community to show a unified perspective on what we strive
to see the Washington DC area develop into a formidable force in the industry.
Accompanied by open discussions with DC council representative members will be
activities that promote advocacy and give you an opportunity to learn more
about Greater Washington Fashion Chamber of Commerce (GWFCC) their work and future
events in Washington DC.

The only way to participate in this event is to register by May 25
through the event website or visiting the events page of the
GWFCC website( www.gwfcc.org).
The only way to create change and make a substantial impact is by remaining
abreast on the issues that affect the creative and fashion community. Stay
involved by subscribing to the GWFCC newsletter that states any and all events
supported or sponsored by the organization. Also by frequently contacting and
supporting your neighborhood City Council member who serves as your voice and
the resource behind creating the change you desire.
